*Prices are set on double occupancy. A limited number of single accommodations are available for a surcharge. The tours are designed for a minimum of 15 and a maximum of 30 participants. NOTE: A surcharge or refund may apply if the foreign exchange differs significantly by then. Plane tickets should not be purchased before final confirmation is received (March 31, 2020).
All cancellations must be made in writing and received at the ACL office by the deadlines below. Funds will be refunded if there is insufficient enrollment to continue either segment of the journey.
Refunds for cancellations will be paid as follows:
Responsibility Waiver: The American Classical League or its agents shall not be held responsible or liable for any loss, injury, or damage to person, property, or otherwise in connection with an accommodation, transportation, or other service resulting directly or indirectly from any “acts of God,” dangers incident to the sea, fire, breakdown in machinery or equipment, or acts of government or other authorities, de jure or de facto wars, whether declared or not, hostilities, civil disturbances, strikes, riots, thefts, pilferage, epidemics, quarantine, medical or customs regulations, defaults, delays, or cancellations beyond the control of the American Classical League or its agents, or for any loss or damage resulting from insufficient or improperly issued passports or other documents. Neither the American Classical League nor its agents shall be held liable or responsible for any additional expenses or liability sustained or incurred by the tour member as a result of any of the foregoing causes.
